A collection of flowers, peels and herbs used to make the traditional Sorrel drink notoriously enjoyed in Jamaica.
The tartness of Hibiscus muted by the spicy, slightly sweet taste of Allspice, makes for a refreshing drink.
Enjoy with: Perfect on its own, enjoyed hot or cold. If preferred, add a little honey or your favourite sweetener (to taste).
Store in a cool, dry place.
